Marchioness farmstay and camping

Neurum Creek Bush Retreat

The Neurum Creek Bush Retreat is located about 1.5 hours north of Brisbane city, with the grounds offering pet-friendly camping QLD. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in and around the camp grounds. Any droppings must also be disposed of in the rubbish bins. Families can come along and enjoy plenty of exciting activities, including biking, canoeing, and heaps of other activities. Goomburra Valley Campgrounds 

Dog-friendly camping QLD is also permitted at the Goomburra Valley Campgrounds, with open and off-lead areas that the pups will surely love. A bond is charged for families with dogs and is returned upon your departure. The costs include $30 for up to 2 dogs and $90 for 3 dogs or more. Before visiting the grounds, be sure to bring along vaccination certificates. Once you’ve arrived, make sure the dogs are kept on their leash or tethered and that any droppings are picked up. Esk Caravan Park

The Esk Caravan Park is another worthy spot around Brisbane for pet-friendly camping QLD. The park is surrounded by a range of walking trails for you to enjoy with the pups. There’s plenty of activities on offer at Camp Moogerah to keep everyone entertained for hours on end. Kenilworth Camping 

Kenilworth Camping offers dog-friendly campgrounds QLD, with the condition that they are controlled and don’t roam. The grounds are located upon a scenic dairy farm, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. This includes swimming, kayaking, and bike riding – or you can just sit back with your furry friends and soak in the serenity. Atherton Holiday Park 

The Atherton Holiday Park is a great option for dog-friendly camping far north Queensland, whether you intend on staying in a caravan, motorhome, or in one of the camping areas available. Amamoor Creek Camping Area

Located within the Amamoor State Forest, about 1 hour from the Sunshine Coast, is the Amamoor Creek Camping Area – offering dog-friendly camping QLD. Though dogs are allowed on the grounds, they have to be kept on a leash and under control. Dog droppings must also be disposed of properly. The campgrounds are suitable for tents, caravans, trailers, camper vans, motor homes, and buses. Main Beach Camping Grounds 

North Stradbroke Island is home to a handful of dog-friendly campgrounds QLD, including the Main Beach Camping Grounds. The grounds are dog-friendly and have 15 designated areas to choose from. Nearby, visitors can enjoy bushwalking, whale watching, fishing, and more. Though it’s important to keep in mind that the Main Beach Camping Grounds are 4WD access only. The Yarraman Caravan Park also offers dog-friendly camping Brisbane at the management’s discretion and with certain conditions. For example, pets have to be on a lead and under control, all droppings have to be cleaned up by the owner, and the pets can’t be left unattended in the grounds. Located in Upper Lockyer is Murphy’s Creek Escape, where families can enjoy a getaway from the city with their dogs. The grounds offer bush camping, adventure activities, special events, and more. Bigriggen Park 

Dog Friendly Camping QLD

Dog-friendly camping QLD is permitted at Bigriggen Park, though some terms and conditions apply. For example, dogs will be accepted into the park at the manager’s discretion. Once inside the camping ground, pets must be supervised and on a leash at all times. Owners must pick up droppings and dispose of them responsibly.

The Gordon Country Campgrounds are very welcoming of dogs, though a few conditions apply. For example, dogs are not allowed in the glamping tents, cabins, or any furniture on the decks. Dogs must also be kept under control at all times and restrained at night. Vaccinations must also be up to date. Coleyville Lodge 

Dog Friendly Camping QLD

The Coleyville Lodge also offers dog-friendly camping sites with a few conditions. First off, dogs aren’t allowed in the cottage or homestead, though there are plenty of other places were dogs will feel much more comfortable. That being said, as the Coleyville Lodge is located on an operating farm, it’s important to keep pets under control at all times to keep them safe.

Boreen Point Campground 

Families are welcome to bring the pooches to the Boreen Point Campground in Noosa, though a few conditions apply. For example, dogs must be contained in a caravan or motorhome only and must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are also responsible for cleaning up after dogs and disposing of waste properly. Pets aren’t allowed in the amenities or camp kitchen. Also, pets aren’t permitted in peak periods, such as Christmas, Easter and the September school holidays, so plan your visit accordingly.
