What virtual rides can you do from your sofa?

Along with virtual museum tours, there are so many different virtual rides you can take from your couch at home! From the spectacular Thunder Mountain roller coaster, to the Seven Dwarfs mine train, there is a ride to take the fancy of everyone in the family.

360º Ride on Soarin’ Around The World

 
Climb aboard one of the highest rides in Disneyland. The Soarin’ Around The World ride is great fun for the whole family. Strap into your seats and prepare the cabin for takeoff, because this ride is like no other! Set off on a 5 minute adventure around the world! Visit the Great Wall of China, the Taj Mahal, the Eiffel Tower and so many other world famous landmarks. 

Frontierland

Enjoy a relaxing stroll through Frontierland at the Walt Disney World Resort. We’ll take in the sights and sounds of Frontierland including Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, Tom Sawyer Island, the Country Bear Jamboree, and much more! 

Big Thunder Mountain Coaster

 

Everyone climb aboard! The Big Thunder Mountain Railroad coaster is about to depart the station! This 4 minute video takes you on an amazing ride of Big Thunder Mountain.

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

 

The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is one of the best rides you can take from your couch! Climb aboard with Sleepy, Happy, Dopey, Bashful, Sneezy, Grumpy and Dot for an adventure of a lifetime! What are you waiting for? Lets go!

Fantasyland

Mission Space

 

Join the Orange Team and embark on a journey of a lifetime. This 360º video shows the Mission Space ride in Tomorrowland, Walt Disney World. The ride is very intense though, and the camera moves around on its own. But this is still a great way to visit Disneyland from home.

The 3 o’clock parade

 

The 3 o’clock parade is a MUST SEE when you visit Disneyland. No matter if you’re actually there or doing it on your sofa, you can’t afford to miss this spectacular parade! See all the amazing Disney princes and princesses as the parade goes by. See if you can spot Belle, Cinderella, Ariel, Tiana, Anna, Elsa and Snow White.

Jungle Cruise

 

All aboard! The Jungle Cruise is about to depart. Climb aboard one of Disneyland’s famous Jungle Cruisers, and embark on a voyage like no other. See all the magical wonders of the jungle, from the elephant to the hyenas, and the giraffes to the monkeys.

The Animal Kingdom

 

The Animal Kingdom is a great area to walk through in Virtual Disneyland. Enjoy this 45 minute long walk of the Animal Kingdom, including a stop at the famous Tree Of Life. 

Kilimanjaro Safari

 

Explore the Harambe Wildlife Reserve, home to 34 species living in 110 acres of picturesque open plains, shady forest landscapes and rocky wetlands. Spot a hippopotamus nestled in a still pond or a lion sunbathing on a rocky perch. Drive past a giraffe grazing on the tall trees or wave hello to a swinging baboon. Other amazing animals you may encounter include rhinos, cheetahs, crocodiles, elephants, hyenas, zebras—and so many more!

Expedition Everest

 

Climb into your front row seat on Expedition Everest. Did you know that this roller coaster is listed in the Guiness Book of World Records as the most expensive roller coaster in the whole world? It cost $100 Million USD and took 6 YEARS to design and construct. 

Avatar Flight of Passage

 

Avatar Flight of Passage is said to be one of the best rides out of every Disneyland in the world. Climb aboard one of the seats and embark on an adventure through the world of Avatar.

Avatar Land Boat Ride

 

Buckle in to one of the boats, and embark on an adventure through the Na’vi River! This is a great ride for the family to go on, no matter where you are, in the backseat of the car, or on your living room couch.

Primeval Whirl

 

Twist and turn your way through the Primeval Whirl and enjoy every minute of it, but if you decide to do it again, don’t worry, the queue isn’t very long.

Grab the kids, grandparents, aunties and uncles, and take a holiday to Disneyland. All without having to leave your sofa.
