GF in Adelaide 

The House Of Chow on Hutt Street has a completely gluten-free menu available, with a little something to satisfy everyone. They have oysters, king prawns, chicken and sweet corn soup, chicken with cashew nuts, honey chicken, Shanghai shredded beef, curried duck, barbecue roasted duck, garlic prawns, salt and pepper prawns, braised long beans, vermicelli with vegetables and mushrooms, and plenty of other vegetarian options to accompany. Schnithouse 

What we love about Schnithouse on Rundle Street is the gluten free offering on their lunch menu. We can’t look beyond the Margherita pizza, with fresh tomato, oregano, basil, and buffalo mozzarella. They also have chicken schnitzel with sauce, chips and salad. If you’re after something lighter, the super salad is also gluten-free, with roasted pumpkin, feta, rocket, red onion, quinoa, pepita seeds, and a lemon dressing.

Lemongrass Thai Bistro

When we’re in the mood for delicious Thai cuisine, we head to the Lemongrass Thai Bistro for their range of gluten-free options. The menu includes plenty of classic options, such as green curry, Choo Chee curry, pad Thai noodles, noodle soup, mango stir fry, and plenty more. Duke Of Brunswick Hotel 

We never find it hard to pick a gluten free options at the Duke Of Brunswick Hotel since their menu is 100% gluten-free. They have garlic loaf, arancini balls, southern fried chicken wings, dumplings, salads, burgers, schnitzel, fish and chips, steak, ribs, corn fritters, and heaps more. There’s even a gluten-free kids menu, with items for only $12. We suggest sticking around for dessert, with options such as cheesecake, brownies, ice cream sundaes, and more.

Ruby’s Organic Cafe 

If you’re looking for a gluten-free breakfast feed in Stirling, we suggesting stopping by the Ruby’s Organic Cafe on Mount Baker Road. It’s always a challenging choosing between the toasted sandwiches, eggs and toast, French toast, and omelettes,. We enjoy the oysters, soup, salads, mussels, curries, soft shell crab, salt and pepper squid, pad Thai, and hot plates. Fish Out Of Water in Hyde Park has an entire menu dedicated to their gluten-free selections, with heaps of variety to satisfy everyone. They have barramundi, flathead, flake, butterfish, whiting, fish bites, salmon, salt and pepper prawns, calamari, crab, and more. Located in Port Adelaide, we enjoy the Banksia Tree Cafe for its gluten-free breakfast. The cafe has an all-day brekky menu, with favourites such as burgers, eggs on toast, avocado toast, halloumi and egg rolls, and more. We love the delicious range of gluten-free dishes plotted throughout the Joan’s Pantry menu, with a little something to satisfy everyone. They have Penang curry, pork cutlets, king salmon, lamb rump, steak, crispy chicken burgers, wagyu beef burgers, and more. Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet or savoury, Alby’s can provide what you’re after. The menu includes savoury options such as pastries, sausage rolls, quiches, pizza, and pies. The sweets selection includes doughnuts, fruit pies, cupcakes, custard tarts, cheesecake, muffins, banana cake, lamingtons, and more.
