Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Macchiato Restaurant on Pitt Street has plenty of gluten-free options to satisfy everyone. For breakfast, we love the eggs Benedict, muesli, porridge, pancakes, or crepes – just to name a few. Otherwise, the lunch menu dishes out pizza, burgers, pasta, and heaps more. Located on King Street, Vapiano is an easy win when we’re in the mood for Italian – with heaps of gluten-free menu items to enjoy. They have pasta, risotto, and plenty of pizza flavours to enjoy – such as Margherita, four cheese, and verdure. For dessert, there’s also gluten-free panna cotta. Bloom At Mosman 

Whether we’re swinging by for breakfast or lunch, Bloom At Mosman never fails to provide a satisfying gluten-free feed. For breakfast, there’s banana bread, green eggs with halloumi, eggs with Vegemite soldiers, truffled mushrooms, Buddha bowls, and heaps more. As for lunch, they have salad, eggs, and cake – you can’t go wrong.

El Topo – Temporarily Closed

If you’re in the mood for a Mexican feast, El Topo in Bondi Junction has plenty of gluten-free options plotted throughout their menu. Sake 

What we love about Sake on Argyle Street is that they have an entire menu dedicated to dietary restrictions, with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options on offer. The menu consists of sushi rolls, miso soup, chicken karaage, lamb chops, duck breast, oysters, and heaps more. With the variety available, we always find something to satisfy everyone. Gf in Perth

The Health Freak Cafe in North Ryde is open for breakfast or lunch, with recipes 100% free from gluten and refined sugar. We love the breakfast menu, with pancakes, bruschetta, eggs, zucchini fritter, and heaps more. As for lunch, they have salad bowls, burgers, loaded fries, and more. Egg Of The Universe is home to a wide range of gluten-free options to enjoy, ranging from soups to desserts. The menu includes granola, pancakes, potato hash, salad, chicken broth, and more. If you’re a donut fanatic like us, then you can’t look past Nutie Donuts in Balmain, with a colourful assortment of gluten-free doughnuts to choose between. We always find it hard to choose between the mango passionfruit, coconut slice, and apple caramel pie. There’s a flavour to satisfy every sweet tooth. GF in Sydney

Yulli’s is a vegetarian restaurant and bar located in Surrey Hills, with an entire menu that’s gluten free. We found mixed leaf salad, stuffed roast capsicums, eggplant involtini, pizza, and more. When we’re eager for a Thai feast, we head to Thai Pothong in Marrickville – with an entire menu dedicated to gluten-free options. This menu consists of stir fry, Thai salads, curries, seafood, vegetarian options, and plenty more.
